Dragons’ Den was one of the most nerve-wracking and exhilarating experiences of our lives. Flip Top had come to a stumbling block in terms of manufacturing. We were small fish in a big pond and most manufacturer’s didn’t even want to quote for us. It was fast becoming a non-starter but something stopped us pulling the plug. We knew this product was going to help improve people’s lives in care home’s, it had already had a positive effect on our clients in the care home. We had to try everything to launch it. We applied for Dragons Den and after 3 months of auditions and due diligence, we were offered the opportunity to pitch in front of the Dragons. The rest as they say, is history.
